James R. Kirkpatrick ("Kirkpatrick") appeals from the judgment of the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims ("Veterans Court") dismissing his appeal for lack of jurisdiction. Kirkpatrick v. Principi, No. 04-106 (Vet. App. May 20, 2004). Because the Veterans Court correctly determined that it lacked jurisdiction over Kirkpatricks appeal, we affirm.
